| Plus Size Bridal has one of the most liberal return policies in the bridal industry. To ensure customer satisfaction we have created a Satisfaction Guaranteed Return policy.
We will refund or exchange any size 16-32 Bridal Gown
within our 5 day time period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bridal Gown
purchase (size 16-32), you may return the dress to us for a refund less a
$50
Freight/Restocking Fee within 5 days of receiving your order.
A refund will be given provided it is not past your stated wedding
date and the dress is returned in Original Condition
with tags still attached. All Shipping Charges are Non- Refundable. You may also exchange your dress for size or style with in the 5 day time period.
Dresses must be sent back within the 5 Days or they will
be shipped back to sender. Please note that if your wedding date falls inside the 5 day return policy you must have the dress postmarked before the stated wedding date.
Dresses from
our: Prom, bridesmaids, flowergirls, and mothers
dress section are non-returnable and
non-exchangeable all sales are final.. Bridal gowns size 0-14
are all sales final. ALL SHIPPING
DATES GIVEN ARE APPROXIMATE DATES ONLY.
The $50 Freight/Restocking Fee applies to
Cancellations (sizes 16-32 wedding gowns), Returns, and Exchanges and will be charged upon receipt of Return or Exchange. Rush Charges are non-refundable. Wedding gowns ordered with special measurements (made to your specific measurements) can not be returned or exchanged once
ordered. Please note when exchanging items
shipping fees will apply. PS Bridal does warranty all
gowns to be defect free and original, authentic designer
gowns. We do not carry any off brand, replicas or knock
offs so you can be sure you are getting the real
designer dress. If your dress arrives damaged from
shipping or in the unlikely event you receive the wrong
size or color contact us immediately and we will correct
the problem.
Lingerie Return Policy:
You may return or exchange any unworn
/ unused items within 30 days of receiving
merchandise. All merchandise must have original tags and
be unused / unworn. Stockings and Panties are non
refundable if opened or worn. Please contact us for a
Return Authorization number if you wish to exchange or
return any Lingerie. All lingerie will be shipped
in discreet packaging. Shipping is just $5.00 for
regular domestic U.S. shipments.
Please Note: We highly advise using the manufacturers size chart to ensure proper fit as wedding gown sizes are different then ready to wear. If you have any questions about sizing please do not hesitate to contact us for help. If there is a manufacturers defect Plus Size Bridal will reimburse the purchaser for any shipping charges incurred for the exchange of the dress in the same style and size
only. If you receive a damaged or mis -sized garment
please contact us immediately so we can remedy the
situation. We must be notified within the 5 day period
after you receive your merchandise to be sure the
manufacturer will replace your purchase promptly.
Merchandise including shoes, bras, garters, crinolines, veils, and headpieces are included in the 5 day return policy above. Please note there is NO restocking fee for these items. Items will be exchanged or refunded minus shipping charges only.
Special ordered fabrics and material are All Sales
Final.
If you need to return or exchange the dress for any reason please call our toll free number (866) PLS-BRID (866-757-2743) to get a Return Authorization Number. Any dresses returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Once you receive your R.A. number you will need to write it on the outside of the box and ship the dress to us. We will credit your card or exchange your purchase immediately.
Plus Size Bridal will not accept dresses that have any stains (ie. make up, grass stains, etc),
excessive pet or human hair, or show evidence of wear. Any dresses returned to Plus Size Bridal with alterations will immediately be returned to the purchaser.
Please Note: Plus Size Bridal reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns showing evidence of wear. Any merchandise returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Plus Size Bridal within 5 days of receipt.
Merchandise shipped to Plus Size Bridal after the 5-day period will be refused. No replacement dresses will be shipped until original dress is received and inspected.
